Content - interesting, imaginative, well-organized
Length - The shorter the better
Pace - Good speaking voices and few ums and ahs
Audio Quality - No hissing or popping, clear voices
Feedback - Ask for feedback from trusted colleagues
Editing - Smooth cuts, continuity
Multimedia Resources - visuals, music, links to visit all contribute to the experience
